1. Services
SiteSledge LLC provides informational, appointment-related, and service-based communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
Our SMS program is for Customer Care only (inquiry follow-ups, appointment and service updates, account and service communications). By opting in via our website form, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are providing express consent to receive Customer Care SMS messages from SiteSledge LLC.
- Message frequency may vary (up to 4 messages per month).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-844-946-0109. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for help, or you can get help directly at contact@sitesledge.llc or 1-844-946-0109.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency & Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary (up to 4 messages per month). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging services. By opting in to receive text messages from SiteSledge LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.
4. Data & Privacy
